Soli Organic

From greenhouse roots to modern CEA

Ecopromt has partnered with Soli Organic for more than 18 years, supporting the development of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) facilities in the United States — from traditional greenhouse operations and early pilot installations to large-scale, fully integrated production sites.

Across these projects, Ecopromt has acted as a long-term technical partner, responsible for system design, controls and automation, climate and nutrient integration, and ongoing operational support. Each new facility has built on experience gained from previous ones, enabling continuous scale-up and performance improvements.

In addition to these sites, Ecopromt has supported regional commercial CEA facilities serving local markets in the Midwest and Southern United States.

This pilot facility established the foundation for Soli Organic’s CEA approach. It covered the full growing process, from seeding and germination to nursery and vertical grow systems, and was used to develop and validate integrated control software for climate, irrigation, lighting, and nutrient management.

Building on the pilot phase, this site translated early learnings into a larger-scale, repeatable operation. The facility introduced increased capacity and automation, with fully integrated climate and nutrient systems across all growth stages.

A large-scale CEA facility designed from the ground up with integrated production systems and optimized workflows. The site covers the full growing process from seeding through cultivation, supported by advanced automation, climate, and nutrient control, with on-site packing capability.

A large-scale CEA facility building on the Anderson site, with further refinements to system integration and operational workflows. In addition to the full growing process from seeding through cultivation, the facility integrates packing and distribution within a single site, enabling a more complete and streamlined production-to-market operation.

Introducing XroRob

An Innovative Robot for Greenhouse and Indoor Cultivation

Ecopromt AB, together with 10 partners, is developing XroRob—an innovative robot designed for greenhouse and indoor cultivation as part of the Swedish Agricultural Agency's EIP program. With flexible sensor and camera capacity and a user-friendly navigation system that requires no advanced programming, XroRob aims to make advanced monitoring affordable and accessible.

By collaborating with sensor developers, the project integrates cutting-edge technology to optimize plant health and increase yields. Offering a cost-effective and adaptable solution, XroRob stands out as a competitive choice for growers both in Sweden and internationally.
